Melissa Cornelius

Melissa is a lifer at Redeeming Love, having attended with her parents since she was a baby. Melissa started on her ministry journey when she was just 12 years old, going on mission's trips to an orphanage in El Salvador. When she turned 18, Melissa started working for Blessing the Children, a non-profit organization with a child sponsorship program and school in Ethiopia, Africa. Melissa has since been on multiple missions to Africa, as well as traveled to 6 different countries. Melissa also volunteered at the Great Lakes Dream Center for a year before becoming involved at Redeeming Love in a leadership role with the Women's Ministry and then Community Outreach. Melissa has two children, Grace and Logan, and she loves to read, bake, and plan events, parties, and trips for her friends and family. Melissa has a passion for bringing order and structure to help the church thrive. With a servant’s heart, Melissa seeks to glorify God and bless her community through her gifts.
